Drunk Officer Fires Gun in Car - Raw Video
June 18, 2010 — In edited video released by the Dallas Police Department, an off-duty officer is helped home by fellow officers after drinking too much. While in a car, Officer Kelly Beemer fired her weapon into the floor of the vehicle. She is now on leave. (June 18)

USA cop punching woman on camera
June 15, 2010 — It all started when a cop stopped a man for jaywalking. Things escalated quickly from there as voices were raised and a crowd gathered. When two young women intervened an onlooker pulled out his camera phone and started to roll tape.
The altercation took place on Martin Luther King Junior Way South in Seattle. The tape begins as the officer appears to be trying to arrest one of the girls for jaywalking.
Both girls, ages 19 and 17, were eventually cuffed and booked on suspicion of obstructing an officer. The one who was punched was checked out by medics and deemed to be OK.
The incident comes a month after an officer was caught on tape threatening to "beat the fucking Mexican piss" out of a robbery suspect he then stomped on the face. King 5 says Seattle police have decided not to review tape of this latest arrest, but we'll see what happens later once this thing circulates.

Cop Shoots Unarmed Biker and paralyzes him
Ottawa Hills Police Officer Shoots Unarmed Biker
May 12, 2010 —Ottawa Hills police officer Thomas White entered a not guilty plea Wednesday in Lucas County Common Pleas Court in allegedly shooting Michael McCloskey in back back in May.
Officer White plead not guilty to a felony assault charge stemming from a May 23 incident on Indian Road near Central Avenue where he and another officer chased and shot at two motorcyclists.

May 05, 2010 — Authorities in Oregon got into a foot chase with an alleged carjacker until he had no where else to go but into a river. Officers eventually used a stun gun on the guy thinking he was armed. Video was altered at source. (May 5)

Police Brutality: Cop Relentlessly Beats Unarmed Driver
April 16, 2010 — Chicago - A Streamwood police officer's own dashboard camera has proven to be his downfall.
Officer James Mandarino is facing charges of aggravated battery and official misconduct after he was caught on video beating an unarmed motorist.
The video, recorded March 28 after a traffic stop, shows Mandarino getting out of his squad car with his gun drawn, and approaching an SUV driven by 28 year old Ronald Bell of Streamwood.
Bell is seen with his hands up for about a minute and a half before Mandorino orders and then pulls him to the ground. The video shows Mandorino beating Bell with his baton 15 times in 13 seconds.
All the while, Bell is trying to protect himself.
He was beaten on the head, back and arms and suffered a concussion and required seven stitches to close a gash on his right ear.
Cook County State's Attorney Anita Alvarez announced the charges Thursday after a two week investigation.
"The conduct displayed on the video by this officer is not only disturbing, it's outrageous and it's unacceptable," Alvarez said.
"Every law enforcement officer holds his or her powers through the public trust and this officer's senseless act of rage against an unarmed motorist constitutes an offensive violation of that trust."
Mandorino posted bond and was released after court. The 15-year veteran with the Streamwood police has been relieved of his duties and put on paid administrative leave according to the department. As he left court reporters peppered him with questions.
"I'm not a le to make any statement at this time," Mandarino said, "my attorney advised me not to make any statements without him being present."
It was the Streamwood police who discovered the video, and reported it to the State's Attorney's office within 24 hours of the incident.
Bell was originally stopped, prosecutors said, after the officer heard him squeal his tires. He was charged with DUI and other offenses, but prosecutors have dropped all charges.
Prosecutors say what's not seen on tape is something that could lead to additional charges. Before the beating, they say Mandorino tazered a passenger in Bell's vehicle twice.
