The National ID card for workers is a monstrosity says Judge Andrew Napolitano , this bill should not pass , it is against the constitution and against our natural rights and freedom , "when the police arrest you the first thing they tell you is that you have the right to remain silent , but with this card the minute they arrest you they can know everything about you including your medical and financial details once they swap your card in their reader " Judge Napolitano explains ...
