U.S. May Face Bailout for States

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Meredith Whitney, founder and chief executive officer of Meredith Whitney Advisory Group, discusses her report rating the finances of the 15 largest U.S. states. Whitney, speaking with Betty Liu on Bloomberg Television's "In the Loop," says the U.S. government may face a bailout for states over the next 12 months.
