As a medical doctor, I agree 100% with Stossel. Just because a doc has a license, doesnt mean he/she is any better to serve your needs than someone who doesnt. Govt business is to stay outta my business. You dont need a license, unless you are an incompetent fool and, then, the free-markets will drive you out of business.

This attorney frankly and candidly admits that the only purpose of regulating the practice of law is to keep and maintain a monopoly for the bar. Imagine if you could get legal services at wal mart, what would a divorce really cost you? Thats the point, keep the price astronomical.
