she blew it big time.....it's over for her now........
ReplyDeleteemphatic dogmatic describes Glenn (Katie Couric) Becks interview.
ReplyDeleteI like Glenn based on his trashing of progressives, but this attack was uncalled for, and Medina is the answer in Texas.
ReplyDeleteBeck wasn't bashing her.
ReplyDeleteHe asked a question-she wiggled, wobbled, side-stepped and BLEW IT.
If she cannot publicly say that she does not believe the federal government brought down the world trade center, do you really want her to represent you in government?
ReplyDeleteBeck is a fraud. And if u have a representive in office, who belives that the laws of physics failed to apply in one day of all days in human history, do u really want them in office? 9/11 is a lie, yer government is stolen, yer futures pre-determinded and some of u still find some pleasure in watching fellow citizen of this once great nation, who is willing to stand up for our true american ideals,be tossed around by repeaters and muckrakers. Disgusting
ReplyDeleteYou people think she blew it? I think she totally made Beck her bitch. I love how people think they know how Texas thinks. It's great. Keep it up, 'cause you're all wrong. We elect people like Ron Paul. If anything, this should make her more popular.
ReplyDelete9/11 was an inside job and anyone who thinks otherwise at this point is in denial.
Why would you people care if she thinks 911 is an inside job or not? Do you honestly think she can't do her job in office, because she looked at the facts, and can't come to the same conclusion as the Federal Government?
ReplyDeleteIf that's the biggest issue for who you vote for, then you really don't know what you want in government.
HOLLY BUBBLES WHAT WAS SHE THINKING. I HAVE BEEN A BIG SUPPORTER BUT THAT WAS ONE QUESTION THAT SHE STUNK ON. NOW I DO UNDERSTAND THAT SHE IS ALL TEXAS AND I THINK THAT IS WHAT SHE WAS TRYING TO SAY. SHE ONLY WANTS TO WORK ON TEXAS ISSUES BUT I MUST SAY I HAD SO MUCH FAITH IN HER UNTIL SHE ANSWERED THAT QUESTION THE WAY SHE DID.. I FEEL LET DOWN.. IT IS NOT THE BIGGEST ISSUE OR QUESTION IN MY VIEW BUT IT DOES TELL ME ALOT ABOUT A PERSON IT IS A YES OR NO QUESTION A YES OR NO ISSUE IT GOES TO THE HEART OF A PERSON AND WHAT THEY BELIEVE. WOW HOLLY BUBBLES I NEED TO RETHINK MY VOTE AND MY STAND ON HER AS OF NOW...

I don't see what difference it makes whether the federal government was complicit in the falling of the twin towers in NYC or not. Medina is running for governor of the State of Texas, not New York. She is also not running for federal office, she is running for state office. While the falling of the towers was a tragedy and numerous folks lost their lives and loved ones, I personally cannot say that it affected my life in the Texas Panhandle one damned bit. It occurred in a city 1500 miles from where I live and one which I will likely never visit. My life is so distantly removed from that horrible act that it might as well have happened on Mars. I don't waste my time worrying about who committed that act or why. I do worry about, however, what kind of future my children will have, and what kind of opportunity I can provide them. Will they get to live on the family ranch that my great-grandfather settled? Will I be able to amply provide for my family in the same way my dad did for us? Will I and my family be able to live and flourish as free citizens or will we be terrorized by an invasive D.C. government reminiscent of the soviet block? Will Texas regain her sovereignty or will Washington nullify Austin's authority and dictate every aspect of our lives? These issues matter to me in the gubernatorial race, and Medina is the only one offering positive answers to those questions. If she were running for state office in New York or if she were running for federal office, Mr. Beck's question would have some weight, but as it stands, whether or not Mrs. Medina questions the validity of Washington's account of events in New York does not, and will not, affect my vote for her for Texas governor.
ReplyDeleteHey Glenn Beck....WHY WON'T YOU GO THERE??? The World Trade Center was destroyed by a controlled demolition and you know it. How can you be so wise about some things and so stupid about other things???
ReplyDeleteHey Glen, did you know Sarah Palin Supports A New 9/11 Investigation?? Guess that means you'll be attacking her next? And Rick Perry will have to decline Palin endorsement now so he doesn't seem like a hypocrite since he just attacked Debra Medina for saying THE SAME THING. oops, guess they didn't think this through properly. NeoCon attack Beckfiring? Priceless! Medina is right for Texas!

I've been a fan of Glenn Beck for years. I'm trying hard to give him the benefit of the doubt on this - but I'm sorry, he seems to be in the pocket of Rick Perry, so his questioning of Medina on something federal instead of what she wants to do in Texas seems to be no more than smoke and mirrors so we don't look too closely at his support for Rick. Frankly, he interviewed Debra because her supporters inundated him with emails and phone calls demanding that he at least give her a few minutes on his program. I think he did it kicking and screaming the entire way and he was going to get back at us for demanding it. Petulance is not a pretty site, especially in Glenn Beck. It's going to be a long time coming before I'm ready to listen or watch him again because I'm not sure anymore I can trust him.
ReplyDeleteI'm voting early in the governor's race - that starts on Tuesday 2/16 - I'm voting for Medina and should she not win I'm going to hopefully work for her as a 3rd party candidate because I will NOT support either of the other two Republicans running for the office.
